This course is for those who want to learn how to get their milk silky and shiny every time, those who want to improve their basic skills at latte art, and push themselves to the next level. 

Participants will be guided towards building the ability to steam and pour milk with consistency and quality.

Course outcomes:

  • Milk science and analysis.

  • Working with alternate milks (oat, soy, almond).

  • Texturing micro foam.

  • Consistency and efficiency in texturing, splitting and pouring.

  • Instruction and guidance for latte art techniques and a progression of designs.
